Welcome next time. Some points mentioned below may be valuable for you:-
Terms and Condition:
• The net billing amount includes Metal Value, Cost of Stones (Precious, Non Precious and other material Charges), Product Making Charges /Other Charges/ Wastage Charges, Goods and Service Tax and other taxes (as applicable).
• Please bring the original tax invoice along with a valid photo identity of the person for other dealings.
• The jewellery sold by us must be duly verified by the customer with respect to weight, pieces and condition before accepting the delivery.
• Any billing above 49,999/- will be compulsorily required customer KYC i.e. PAN card, aadhar card and other documents as per government KYC norms.
• Any purchase of bullion/ old gold/ silver/ platinum or precious/ semi-precious stone or old real ornaments or jewellery exchanged from customer above 9,999/- will be subject to compulsorily payment through banking mode only, no cash payment will be entertained and government KYC norms will be strictly followed; along with customers written declaration on affidavit compulsorily.
• Govind Krishna Jewellers accept the order by freezing the Gold, Silver, Platinum rate on payment of 100% advance only.
• On cancellation of order by customer, there would be necessary deductions from advance for the loss incurred to Govind Krishna Jewellers like making charges/ wastages, variation in metal rates and any other statutory charges or government taxes.
• Govind Krishna Jewellers , do not buy/exchange (others) old gold except without a valid purity certificate issued by a BIS registered lab assaying centre and the said gold should be in melted form and the buyback value will be ascertained by our purchase experts. There shall be no consideration after a valid agreement.
• We assure for the money back on return of jewellery purchased from our showroom after deduction of making charges, labour charges, taxes or any other expenses.
• Any natural diamond studded jewellery exchange or buyback will be valued at invoice value or market value, whichever is lower. Subject to our expert valuation.
• The diamonds and colour stones herein invoiced have been purchased from legitimate source not involved in funding conflict and in brilliance with united resolution. The seller hereby guarantees that these diamonds are conflict free, base on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provide by supplier of these diamonds and colour stones.
• Jewellery sold by Govind Krishna Jewellers can be exchanged for the product of the same or higher value within three days subject to our expert review and terms and conditions of our store.
• Specified weight of stone or others (enamel, lacquer, steel, spring, paint, wax, plastic, wood, glass, pulp, paper, clay, leather, cloth, adhesive, powders, dori or etc.) mentioned are only indicative and the actual may vary marginally.
• Buy Back/exchange of jewellery consisting of Diamond polki, glass polki, filling polki, mozonite, CVD, stones and Uncut (polka/polki) will have no buy back value.
• Hallmarking charges are mentioned separately.
• Govind Krishna Jewellers, reserves the right to modify/ remove/ change/ hold all its schemes, offers and terms and conditions without any prior notice any time.
• Any jewellery, Precious or semi-precious stones, diamond or luxury or semi luxury article or artifacts mishandled or broken or cracks or any damage to the products by customer or their representative at showroom will be considered as sale to customer no further arguments or considerations will be entertained at all.
• Any kind of fraud or illegal attempt by customer during visit of showroom or transaction through any means will be taken on serious note and our executive have right to detain the customer or representative till arrival of security person or cops at our premises; our showroom officials will also file legal complaint and follow legal guideline or explore all legal options to protect our right and ourselves from any kind of conspiracy.
• Customisation or order Jewellery Refer annexure-1or ask our store executive for detailed copy.
• Customer can avail detailed terms and conditions copy having more precise clarification with any of our executive at store.
• Any matter/ claim/ dispute arising out of the transaction will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indore, Madhya Pradesh Courts only.
